This is the marvelous season of mystery when God sent His glory in the form of His son to earth.
Luke 2:10 says to us,”Do not be afraid, I bring you good news of a great joy which shall come to all people. For unto you is born this day in the town of David, a Savior, Who is Christ the Messiah, the Lord. And this will be a sign for you, you will find a Baby wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger.”
The God of the universe sent his son in the form of a baby to bring his glory and presence to earth. This holy child, Jesus, would grow up and minister signs and wonders in His name. Jesus would later be crucified for our sins so all men and women could find salvation through him.
This season is one of wonder and of light because Jesus is the light of the world.
A prayer you could pray:Lord come into my life. I need you. Please forgive my sins and shortcomings. Change my heart. Change my life. I want to live for you. Help me to live for you. Show me how to do that.
